The More Than Tofu product line features firm tofu, enhanced with organic textured soy flour, for a chewier texture than other kinds of tofu that are maybe a little less than "more than." They also each have various herbs, spices, and vegetables mixed in with the tofu. And finally, each is marinated in its own special sauce, to give you quick "ready-to-eat" delicious meals that are . . . a little "more than tofu." Wild Mushroom is a firm textured tofu which has red and green bell peppers, onion, garlic, savory herbs, and thyme mixed through the curds before pressing. After pressing the tofu is marinated with Tamari soy sauce, Porcini mushrooms and yeast extract. Quick recipe idea: Saute' (straight out of the package) and serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
