MISO GRAVY - 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil - 3 Tablespoons white or whole-wheat flour - 2 cups hot (but not boiling) water - 3 Tablespoons Miso (my current favorite for this recipe is "Red" but any of the darker ones work fine)
TOFU - 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil Pick one of these More than Tofu flavors: Porcini Herb, Savory Portabella, Italian Herb, or Garlic Shiitake.
