Slice tofu into 1/2" slices. Heat vegetable oil in large skillet and brown tofu slices on both sides. Meanwhile, warm tortillas in another skillet or microwave. Place a couple of slices of browned tofu in center of warmed tortilla, add your favorite salsa and fold the four ends to center; you may need a toothpick to keep it closed. This is a quick lunch or for a meal, add rice and salad.
Variation: Brown onion and/or pepper with tofu; Serve with lettuce or other fresh greens.
