The More Than Tofu product line features firm tofu, enhanced with organic textured soy flour, for a chewier texture than other kinds of tofu that  are maybe a little less than "more than." They also each have various herbs,  spices, and vegetables mixed in with the tofu. And finally, each is marinated in  its own special sauce, to give you quick "ready-to-eat" delicious meals that are  . . . a little "more than tofu."
SPICY THAI is a firm textured tofu with a spicy combination of peanut,  galangal, ginger, garlic, lemmongrass, hijiki and chili -- and makes for one of our more complex offerings. This is pretty spicy -- hot on the typical  scale.
Quick recipe idea: Dice, sauté and serve with fresh cilantro, a  squeeze of lemon, rice noodles, and if desired, your choice of Thai sauce. For more involved recipes, click here.
Ingredients: Tofu* (water, soybeans*, nigari), Textured Soy Flour*,  Roasted Peanuts*, Galangal (Thai Ginger) and/or Ginger, Garlic Flakes*,  Lemongrass, Hijiki Sea Vegetables*, Red Chile Pepper Flakes, Turmeric, Crushed Coriander, Basil*. Marinade: Tamari Soy Sauce* (water, soybeans*, salt),  Dehydrated Cane Juice*, Apple Cider Vinegar*, Cayenne*, Sea Salt.
