Simple Italian Herb Baked  Ziti(serves  4)

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 pound ziti, spirals or small shells (or 4 to 5 cups cooked)
- 2 cups can or jar of Italian tomato  sauce
- 1 package Italian Herb More-Than-Tofu mashed with potato masher
-  1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (optional).

STEP-BY-STEP:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Cook pasta, al dente, according to directions on package and drain
3. Combine pasta, Italian  tomato sauce and Italian Herb More-Than-Tofu in a 2-quart baking dish.
4. (optional) sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese
5. Bake for 15 minutes until very hot

Serve with salad
