Soy consumption has many benefits, and has been endorsed by many mainstream health organizations at many levels. Soy has come a long way since Francis Moore Lappe wrote Diet For a Small Planet, and while social arguments can still be made in favor of soy consumption, health arguments are more widely convincing!

All the recipes Iâve tried have been delicious. This cookbooks was recommend to me by one of our tofu customers! Thanks! Cooking the Whole Foods Way, by Christina Pirello. The Complete Italian Vegetarian Cookbook, by Jack Bishop. Janus borrowed my copy for months and would not give it back! Ethnic Cuisine, by Elizabeth Rozin. This is a omnivore cookbook, however, the flavor principles described have been developed by cooks over many generations, and recipes can be easily adapted to vegetarian cuisine.
