Jon's Hot Artichoke Dip with Sunergia Soy Feta

Organic, Dairy free and Delicious !

1 pkg. Sunergia Feta - (your choice of flavor)

1 can Artichoke Hearts - (not marinated or in oil - organic if avail.)

(you cansubstitute an equivalent amount of the following, but will have to

rename this recipe accordingly: Pitted Green Olives, Pitted Kalamata Olives, Sundried Tomato in Oil, Capers)

1 cup Follow Your Heart Organic Vegenaise

1 fresh baked baguette (organic if avail)

Optional: 1 tsp granulated garlic, or 1 clove fresh garlic, minced

First pre-heat your oven to 375 deg F.

Next grate the soy feta. If using a food processor, cut it in 1/3's to fit easily in. Or grate by hand, it is fairly quick.

Third, empty the can of artichoke hearts and the liquid, in a bowl. Mash them up a bit so they are broken into pieces.

Fourth, mix in 1 cup of Veganaise or equivalent. We like the Organic Veganise. Add optional garlic if desired.

Last step - place the mix in an oven proof dish, we like ceramic, and place it in the oven.

After about 20 min take a look. Should need a bit more time, but if it looks at all brown on top it is done.

If not starting to brown at all you can turn up the heat a bit as ovens will vary, maybe to 400 or so, and check

again in 5min. Done when it starts to brown a bit.

Oh yeah, I forgot - slice up your baguette into individual slices, call your guests over, and dip away!
