The More Than Tofu product line features
firm tofu, enhanced with organic textured
soy flour, for a chewier texture than other kinds
of tofu that are maybe a little less than "more
than." They also each have various herbs, spices,
and vegetables mixed in with the tofu. And finally,
each is marinated in its own special sauce, to
give you quick "ready-to-eat" delicious
meals that are . . . a little "more
than tofu."
ITALIAN
HERB is a firm textured tofu which has basil,
oregano, cracked fennel seed, black pepper, onion,
and garlic mixed through the curds before pressing.
After pressing the tofu is marinated with Tamari
soy sauce.
Quick
recipe idea: crumble or dice, add to a basic
tomato sauce and serve with pasta. For more

Tofu (water, organic soybeans, nigari), Organic
Textured Soy Flour, Onion Flakes, Garlic Flakes,
Basil, Oregano, Fennel Seed, Black Pepper. Marinade:
Organic Wheat Free Tamari Soy Sauce (water, organic soybeans,
salt,culture).
