Indian Masala Tofu Sautee

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 or 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium Red Pepper, in bite size pieces
One package Indian Masala "More than Tofu" (cubed)

STEP-BY-STEP:

Heat oil in a large skillet. Saute onions until translucent. Add red pepper  pieces and saute for 1 minute. Move onions and pepper to sides of skillet, add a  bit more oil to center of skillet, if needed, and brown the tofu. Once tofu is  browned, mix tofu and vegetables and serve over your grain of choice.

Jon say, "Last night we had Garlic Shiitake tofu with sauteed Zucchini - the soft moist zuke's were a great contrast to the firm tofu,  and the flavors went great together. Marsha sauteed the tofu in our cast iron  skillet, and the zucchini in a bit of olive oil some diced onions in a covered  wok. Simple and delicious."
