kinds of tofu that are maybe a little less than "more than." They also each have various herbs, spices, and vegetables mixed in with the tofu. And finally, each is marinated in its own special sauce, to give you quick "ready-to-eat" delicious
meals that are . . . a little "more
than tofu."
INDIAN
MASALA is
a firm textured tofu which has traditional
Indian spices mixed through the curds before
pressing and is marinated in Tamari Soy
Sauce.
Quick
recipe idea: Make a pot of couscous or rice and
last minute, mix in cubed Indian Masala tofu. For

Ingredients: Organic
Tofu (water, soybeans, nigari), Organic Textured
Soy Flour, Spices (tumeric, onion flakes, crushed
coriander, cumin, celery seed, anise, cinnamon).
Marinade: Organic Wheat Free Tamari Soy Sauce (water,
organic soybeans, salt, culture).
