The More Than Tofu product line features firm tofu, enhanced with organic textured soy flour, for a chewier texture than other kinds of tofu that  are maybe a little less than "more than." They also each have various herbs, spices, and vegetables mixed in with the tofu. And finally, each is marinated in its own special sauce, to give you quick "ready-to-eat" delicious meals that are . . . a little "more than tofu."

GARLIC SHIITAKE is a firm textured tofu which has garlic and cracked  black pepper corns mixed through the curds before pressing. After pressing the tofu is marinated with Tamari soy sauce, Shiitake mushrooms and yeast  extract.
Quick recipe idea: Cube and throw into a stirfry. Great with a touch of fresh grated ginger! For more involved recipes, click  here.
Ingredients: Organic Tofu (water, organic soybeans, nigari), Organic  Textured Soy Flour, Garlic Flakes, Cracked Black Peppercorns. Marinade: Organic Wheat Free Tamari Soy Sauce (water, organic soybeans, salt, culture), Shiitake Mushrooms, Yeast Extract.
