BBQ Peanut & Ginger Tofu (serves  4)

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
- Your favorite brand of prepared barbeque sauce
One package of Sunergia's Peanut & Ginger "More than Tofu"

STEP-BY-STEP:

Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat. Slice "Peanut & Ginger" More than  Tofu into 1/2" slices. Brown on each side in skillet. Turn heat to low and brush BBQ sauce on upper side of tofu slices, flip BBQ-sauce side of tofu down. Brown for another minute. Brush upper-side of tofu slices with BBQ sauce. Flip over  and brown for 1 minute. It’s ready to serve. Great with a grain or French Bread.

Variations: Sometimes we add a bit of pineapple juice concentrate to the pre-made BBQ sauce for extra sweetness/flavor. Other times we saute chopped  onions in the vegetable oil before browning the tofu.
